Very nice and clean apartment. Beautiful view of the Palm Island and the Marina. I recommend it to e Positive: I liked everything about the accommodation. It was clean and the terrace had a beautiful view of the Palm Island and the Marina. An unforgettable experience. Negative: What I didn't like was the air conditioning. It was too cold the whole house.The air conditioning was set to 19°C. The hot summer months were over. People travel to Dubai for the pleasant warmth and sunshine, not to freeze. When I turned it off in the next room, room 2, the Asian man turned it on and told me to put on a hoodie. He was a rude man! I had to argue with him a lot.He ruined my vacation. The separate air conditioning needs to be fixed. If I don't need it, then I shouldn't be cold because of other people. It is December and the maximum temperature during the day was 28°C and not 45°C or 52°C at night it was only 22°C, so why the air conditioning?

Positive: I did not stay in the apartment despite paying for the full amount. So I guess there was nothing to like about it. Negative: I missed the word CoLiving and was shocked to find a man staying at the apartment. It was not stated there will be people living in the apartment. It is not my first time booking an apartment and the price was similar to this and I didn't expect it to be shared. I quickly got online and had to find another place to stay in at a late time in the night. I requested a refund and no one got back to me.

Spoiled potential Positive: The view from the balcony is really nice. Negative: The whole apartment is super run down. I didn't use the kitchen because it was often covered with food waste. Besides, the furniture was broken and ripped so that the whole atmosphere with the nice view was spoiled. The single room without balcony is right next to the shared bathroom and it is really loud. Cleaning stuff comes at 7am in the morning and others come home in the middle of the night and make noise. There are probably around 10 rooms in this apartment. Some people live there long-term and some of them behave like they own the place. Loud music, always blocking the washing machine and leaving their stuff inside for days. The aircon is shared with the room next to it. It's no fun at all to use it together as everyone has different preferences. When booking this place you should be aware that this is like a super run down student apartment (without students) and people come home at 2am in the morning or ring the door bell at 4am in the morning. The refrigerators were full of moldy food and were smelling awful. The communication was also cumbersome. I would not recommend this place. If you go there for the view, just book for one night and then find some nice and clean place to relax.
