Very happy for staying Positive: Location Negative: Need to be clean more and change new or fresh fridge etc….

It was terrible Positive: The view. Negative: Everything. It was horrible. I booked for apartment and they gave me rooms in sharing apartments. We was 3 couples and they gave us 3 different rooms in different apartments with other people. I told them in reception that I want an upgrade and I will pay the difference and they talked to me very bad. I had to stay there for 3 days with dirty rooms and no one came to change the pillows even the towels. It was a mess. I have pictures as well. It’s not what they post on booking. I want to ask for fully refund about this experience.
