Poor hygiene. Bedbugs Positive: Only the location. Negative: Apartment quality. Bedbugs found late night. Had tribal experience. Got beaten by Bedbugs. I don't know what will be done with regards to this matter, have already told them. The hygiene level was very low, hence giving a low rating.

Positive: The best part is location, it's near the Marina walk, JTL and JBR. It's also just 2min walk to tram. Negative: As we stayed there for 7 days, there was no room service done. If cleaning is included it would be great.
