Grand Executive Room next to World Trade Center

Negative: Reported water leak in the bathroom little to no action required replacement but nothing done. Room was reserved for 2 people only one towel supplied. TV was not working well here they replace the TV. Rental

Positive: The location and communication with the owner Negative: The first thing was the hole in the bathtub. We couldn't wash ourselves without it leaking into the hole. The other thing was the front door to our shared apartment, whose card lock didn't work, so everyone had access there. Also we were supposed to have a card for the door at the reception, swimming pool and the gym, which wasn't in the room, so we didn't have access to it, which were supposed to be part of this stay. Unfortunately, we are leaving this accommodation very dissatisfied.

I wouldn’t recommend it except for its location. Positive: THE LOCATION ONLY Negative: I stayed here for 6 nights, and there was no cleaning at all. Normally, if we had stayed for 2 nights and checked out, the room would have been cleaned, but even though we stayed for 6 nights, they could have cleaned it at least once. They could have also provided extra shampoo in the bathroom. But they didnt... Communication also was on the whatsApp and it didnt work well, couldnt reach at required time... Swimming pool is at another building...The only good thing was the location.

Positive: The location was excellent — close to key areas and easy to access transportation. Negative: There was nowhere to keep my luggage after the checkouThere was no option to store my luggage after checkout, which made things a bit inconvenient before heading to the airport. t.
