Positive: Extremely Disappointing! Negative: Extremely Unprofessional and Terrible Experience My experience with A Luxurious 2 Bedroom Emaar Beachfront Apartment in Palm Jumeirah was extremely disappointing. I booked and fully paid for the apartment, but when we arrived, they refused to accommodate us. We called the contact person who told us he was “on the way” to assist with the check-in. He asked for my full name and passport details, which I provided. After waiting for 45 minutes, I suddenly received a call from another number, a lady who informed me, very casually and without any apology, that they cannot accommodate us and would be cancelling the booking. She even told me sarcastically, “I know you very well.” I was shocked and asked how she would know me, and reminded her that she had no right to speak to me that way. The least they could have done was communicate properly and treat us with respect, especially after causing such inconvenience to me and my family. We tried calling the original contact person again, but he had already blocked me and deleted his WhatsApp messages, which shows how unprofessional and unreliable they are. I called booking.com to ask assistance and they tried calling the property but no answer, they also sent an email and again we waited for another 45 minutes, ended up receiving an email stating “Booking canceled”! This was an extremely disappointing experience. My in-laws came straight from the airport, exhausted and hungry, and facing this kind of problem on top of that was completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable and definitely not recommended. Avoid this listing at all costs.

Nádherné ubytování Sunrise Bay Tower 1 Positive: Nádherné ubytování s nádherným výhledem na marinu i palmu. Možnost využít bazén a pláž dostupnou pouze pro ubytované v Sunrise Bay Tower. Vždy dostatek lehátek. Pokud pojedeme někdy příště do Dubaje, opět budu hledat ubytování v této části. Negative: Bohužel v době našeho ubytování probíhala 24 - 7 výstavba budov přímo přes cestu. Také poblíž není žádný obchod s potravinami, jsou zde pouze kavárny.
